unable to connect to my account due to MFA

My phone was formatted by mistake and microsoft authenticator was uninstalled, I lost my access to my account, unable to connect for more than 25 days due to MFA.
when I try to connect there are only two options and the two options require the microsoft authenticator,
I am the only administrator and only employee of the company

You may be able to restore from cloud backup but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app.
You can recover your account credentials from your cloud account, but you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app. This check is important so we can be sure we're not overwriting or erasing an existing account by mistake.

thanks for your response , but it's been my error I have not configured the backup :(

Seems you may be left with using the service provider's methods of account recovery.

I got this when i try to use the account recovery.

for information my email is on my domain name

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
