Windows 2016 essentials update failing

Greetings,

We have 3x physical servers running WinServ2016, and one of them seems to have issues installing the updates.
Server in question is a UCS-C220-M4, running WinServ 2016 Essentials.
Tried both in gui and in sconfig modes;

2019-10 Servicing Stack Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4521858) - Error 0x8000ffff

2022-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows Server 2016 for x64 (KB5008877) - Error 0x8000ffff

2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5009546) - Error 0x8000ffff

Any assistance would be appreciated on this.
