Windows 11 PC Health Check on Win10 21H2

Anyone else running Windows 10 21H2 and tried running Windows 11 PC Health Check and been unable to?

When I try to run it on this version, I'm advised that need to run Windows 10 1803 or greater (which I am).

I have a feeling that the Health Check application thinks I'm already running Windows 11 as 21H2 is both a Win10 and Win11 version.

Going to be one for a MSFT representative I think.

Have you download and install this program from the official Microsoft Website?
Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC and see if the problem persist?

Yes, is from https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp.
Have updated operating system with patches.
Believe problem is that HealthCheckApp is seeing 21H2 as the version number, which is the current Windows 10 version I am running. 21H2 is also the version number of current Windows 11 - as such, presume it believes already running Windows 11.

Hello @AndersonNeilITInfrastructureManage-6526

The most usual issue is that your computer is missing some update, or was not installed correctly, thus reporting as incorrect version.

You can run the command WINVER to display the version information of your computer.

As actions, I would recommend the next, logged as Administrator or with user part of Administrator group:

Hope this helps with your query,

Thanks for input all up to now.

My machine is reporting the correct version. I’m running 21H2 and reports that.

I today ran on an 1809 machine and ran fine. Upgraded that machine to 21H2 and tool has same issue.

How would I escalate to MSFT for them to confirm findings?

It might be a bug, I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try perform a Clean Boot and run it in this mode.
