Issues with Process Explorer

Good afternoon,

I have some issues with Process Explorer:

I can't kill some process (it says access denied)
When I do the VirusTotal check, in some processes it says that it couldn't find the archive.

How can I fix this?

Which processes ?
Some System processes cannot be killed
Otherwise, you must launch Process Explorer as Administrator

For example this one: svchost.exe. Also, I don't know how can I identify which processes are dangerous.

Svchost.exe is for Windows Services : Service Programs
and must not be killed
