Hi,
We have enabled End to End encryption in our tenant for one to one calls.
Is it possible to have E2EE call count in CQD reports? if so please give some insights.
Thank you,
MS

Hi @MS-5605
Is it possible to have E2EE call count in CQD reports?
This kinds of call count cannot displayed in CQD.
In end-to-end encryption, the keys are derived using Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS).The Microsoft server has no access to the key. This makes the data unreadable for the server.

Thank you for the information. But we are seeing the call quality/ telemetry data in the Teams admin portal for E2EE calls. Are there any specific parameters which differs from the Non-E2EE calls vs E2EE calls?
Hi @MS-5605
I checked it in our CQD, but unfortunately we did not see this parameter now. I will do more investigate about it and if there is any new information, we will update it.
Thank you so much. I even checked in our CQD, there are no specific parameters.
