Apps not always picked up during Autopilot ESP if multiple device groups are in use

We have a customer organization with 3 different departements and they have totally different apps. Lets call it Group A, Group B and Group C. I am working only with group C. For Autopilot we use several profiles separating them by Group Tags. Each Autopilot profile has list of apps specified which must be installed during ESP and it sets specific name conversion, to each device is named like GROUPC%SERIAL%. We also have 3 different dynamic groups which pics up computers by these hostnames.

Problem is, that I see very random behavior;
- Computer pics up all apps but fails latelly
- Computer only installs 1 app via Device setup, and takes apps to User Setup, fails.
- Computer only installs 1 app via device setup and does not pick up any app to user setup, and ends blank.

My first question is, that can this demand even work? Should I suggest some different approach to customer? All apps installs fine on a desktop, only Autopilot ESP is the problem here.

@yannara Thanks for your posting in our Q&A forum. From your description, I know that our problem was installing apps failed during Autopilot ESP. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let us know.
In order to troubleshoot, please help to confirm some important points.

1, C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs. Is there any discovery or error message here?

2, The apps are assigned to an Azure AD group that contains the device (for device-targeted apps) or the user (for user-targeted apps).

3, Did you set the ESP timeout?

ESP page shows me 0x81036502 error code during Apps 7/12 installation so it is not time out. I found out from msiinstaller eventviewer that one app requires reboot and stops installing other apps. I excluded this app from ESP. Another cause for this mess was, that new device hash is not actually yet assigned when I started OOBE. Now today I had 3 successfull installs.

@yannara Thanks for your reply. Glad to hear that you found the cause of the problem, and in addition, we recommend that it's preferable to deploy the offline-licensed Microsoft Store for Business apps. Don't mix LOB and Win32 apps.
If you will encounter more related problems in the future, welcome to submit and we can discuss together.
