The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

Please modify the default language English so that the logs can be scanned and read.

    Then post a new V2.

The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. F3, 8-8-2018

The BIOS is very old (missed approximately 12 upgrades)

Upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS:

See description information > follow carefully the Gigabyte instructions

The last unexpected shutdown and restart was today 1/19/2022.

There were approximately five in the past thirty days.

The last BSOD was on 10/18/2021 as EckiS commented.

The recent BIOS upgrade may address this problem:

Were the approximate five shutdown and restarts in the past thirty days due to manual power offs?

There are major differences between hangs and freezes followed by power offs and spontaneous unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

Unfortunately they can be recorded the same way in the log files.

Going forward make sure all power offs are posted into this thread.
