Exchange 2013 Shared Mailbox Rule - reply to message

I have full access to a shared mailbox and I have a department head that would like an auto-reply every time someone sends an email to it (doesn't matter how many time someone sends an email to it.

I know I could setup the "automatic reply" w/in OWA as the shared mailbox which is how it is setup as of now. But, the way these auto-replies work is that it will send a reply one time to each sender. So, if someone sends several emails to this address they will only get this message once.

When logged in via OWA w/the shared mailbox; I have also tried to create an "inbox rule" --> Apply to all messages --> but, it only allows me to select move, mark, redirect, delete or send text message

Is there any other way to accomplish this task?

    OOF only works one time for each mailbox, it is by design which cannot be changed.

    Here is workaround which may be useful to you:

    Step1: Configure shared mailbox in Outlook(don't need password):

    Step2: Log in this profile with account and password from mailbox which could full access this shared mailbox:

    Step3: Create a inbox rule like picture below:

    This inbox rule is a server side rule which doesn't require Outlook keep running.

    @KyleXu-MSFT I agree, this is a workaround and it does work.

    However, I need to make it so it is user friendly for them and what I mean by that is... when they open Outlook they see their mailbox and the shared mailbox and everything else is magic behind the scene! This appears to work when I've opened the mail profile for the shared mailbox only. I'm not sure how to have both mailboxes open in order for their rules to run too. Hope that makes sense.

    I double checking it in my lab, it is a server side rule. After creating this rule, you could closes Outlook client, this rule still could working(Have modified the first answer).

    So, just configure shared mailbox in Outlook and configure Inbox rule for them one by one. Then you could close Outlook client.
