I need to restore the Teams group which was deleted yestereday and I can find it in Groups Azure, in the delted item. When I click the restore and yes, it says "Unable to complete due to service connection error. Please try again later

I need to restore the Teams group, which was deleted yesterday on 21Jan 2022.
I find it in Groups Azure, in the deleted item. When I click the restore , it said "Unable to complete due to service connection error. Please try again later.

Are you able to do the restoration using PowerShell as below?
1. Install Azure AD Module: Install-Module -Name AzureAD
2. Connect Azure AD: Connect-AzureAD
3. View and restore deleted groups as explained in this reference: groups-restore-deleted

Hi @NakahiraChaeMyongja-5462,

I understand that you are trying to restore a deleted Teams group and receiving the error, "Unable to complete due to service connection error."

There was an outage in January that caused this error to occur, but it has since been mitigated so if it's the same issue in your case, it should be resolved now. Have you tried to restore the group again?

This error also sometimes occurs when there is a network issue. If you are still having the issue, could you please try to restore the Group using another network and a different browser?

If the issue persists please share the console log output.
