Bitlocker is not used for folder encryption, you are confusing bitlocker with EFS.
EFS encrypted folders can only be decrypted using the certificate that were used to encrypt them. When you encrypted, Windows creates that cert. and immediately asks you to back it up somewhere safe. Do you have it? Then import it now and you will be able to decrypt - else, the data is lost.

Where does it create a certificate?

All i did was right click, properties, advanced, encrypt contents to secure data & then there was a lock

I'm sorry i guess i didn't understand what it was

my ssd is no longer detectable btw

so can i get the certificate in the copied drive

As said, if you haven't backed up your certificate (as windows asked you to), your data is lost.
