We are having a problem with our Active Directory wherein that users can't see one of the tenants they are guested in MyApps.
They are however, able to access it using https://myapps.microsoft.com/?tenantid=<tenant_id>; as opposed to the sidebar;
Are we missing a setting somewhere?
The sidebar appears to be bugged when accessing the "ghost" tenant.
I was not able to reproduce this with any of my accounts, so I have reached out to the MyApps team to check why this might be happening. The only thing I can think of offhand is that maybe the user has more than one account that is a member of these tenants, and his browser could be saving his credentials from the wrong one.
