Win 10 Pro- The Master File Table (MFT) contains a corrupted file record.

I've chksk and scan now. No results. I isolated SSD, and issues is software and now hardware to my knowledge. Can anyone help me this error below?

A corruption was discovered in the file system structure on volume \\?\Volume{5cae1c8e-0000-0000-0000-c0345d010000}.

The Master File Table (MFT) contains a corrupted file record. The file reference number is 0xa00000000000a. The name of the file is "<unable to determine file name>".
