@TarikKhan-1261 The tag azure-bing-web is primarily used for bing search API's created from Azure portal. This resource primarily provides the bing search results as-is when called programatically and does not add or remove any results when called. Based on guidance from webmasters help it looks like the site is not shown as a result.

I would request to raise a webmaster support request to check what could cause the site to not be displayed as it worked earlier. Thanks.
Hi @TarikKhan-1261,
To get support from the WebMaster Tools team, please sign into your Webmaster account and look for support while you are signed in. This will give them the full context of your webmaster site setup and configurations. Please also note as documented here: https://help.bing.microsoft.com/apex/index/18/en-US/10011
Bing doesn't control the content that websites publish or that appears in Bing search results. To make sure content is added/removed from search results, your best option is to contact the webmaster for the website that published the content and request that it be added, deleted or removed. Note also that even if Bing removes the URL from search results, it will continue to exist and can be discovered by going directly to the web address until the webmaster removes the content from their website.
Sincerely,
IoTGirl
Hello, Sir/Ma'am, I have already contacted Bing Webmaster support 30 days before but there is no response and Even I have cross-checked from the top level of the development team as well. There are no errors on my website either, I don't see any type of errors showing in Bing Webmaster. I have checked every URL of my pages and it shows Indexed Successfully and URL discovered from Inspection tools and Site explorer and another place. Please suggest me more or I would request you to please raise a ticket from your end if it's possible. There might be some glitches at your end.
Hi @TarikKhan-1261,
Unfortunately I can not create cases for you. You must be signed into your webmaster account so that your data will be available to that team. They will not respond to external requests. See https://www.bing.com/webmasters/help/webmaster-support-24ab5ebf
