Can I switch user account in Window 2019 without signing out ?

Hello,
I am a newbie in window 2019, and I would like to seek your help and expertise regarding switching an user account in Window 2019 without signing out. Is it possible to switch to another user account inside Window 2019 without signing out ? If it is , could you please kindly show me how it could be done using the window command prompt ? I try to use the window runas command but I guess it is limited to a specific application , not the whole user account.

    Windows server does not work like that. With windows server you can have multiple concurrent logon sessions. By default you can use the two administrative connections. If more are needed then you can add the RDS role and RDS client CALs.
