I recently signed up. I wanted to check how Microsoft Azure works. My subscription was suddenly disabled. Even without warning. I think it was unacceptable
First, I'm not Azure support but another volunteer here in forums. Azure support does not engage these forums directly. Microsoft waits 30 - 90 days before permanently deleting your data in case you need to access it or you change your mind. You have two options. You can reactivate to access yourself or, assuming a recent event, you can submit a case here to recover your data.

Can you send me the VM base so I can transfer the data to another hosting? Unfortunately, your service did not satisfy me. You are deactivating subscriptions without warning. This is unacceptable
