Deployment template validation failed: 'Circular dependency detected on resource

When attempting to deploy a template i'm getting th folloiwng error.

I've looked in "DependsOn" however i don't know what i'm looking for.

I'm new to this area and need help.

Can you post the complete template and also the commands which you are using to deploy that template
