3D Maps add on is not working any more, my company's policy must be hiding the setting to enable/disable "Allow the use of connected experiences in Office" and I wanted to know, what url or domain does the add-on utilize? If I can provide that to my IT security team, perhaps they can make an exception/whitelist the access needed. Can someone please assist me with this?

There is no official article provide the Excel 3D map url. And in my opinion, not all versions of Office contain 3D Map feature, there may be some limitations for it.
