Security only quality update (KB5009595) is still showing applicable, though monthly rolloup (KB5009624) is installed for January 2022

Hi,

Security only quality update (KB5009595) is still showing applicable, though monthly rolloup (KB5009624) is installed for January 2022. Moreover, the monthly rollup is not making any changes on the key "Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64" on the registry.

Since the machines (Windows 8.1 and Windows Servers 2012 R2) are marking rollup updates on the registry key "Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64", it is very difficult for us to make "Security only quality update" as not applicable.

The behavior started occurring from December 2021. Please advise us on why this happens.

The update shows applicable, could we know the information is shown on the side of WSUS console, PC or others?
