Is there such a rule in outlook that would move an email after clicking a task as "done" to a designated folder?
There's a built-in "quick step" for that, which you can find on the Ribbon > Quick Steps > Done. The first time you click it, it will ask you which folder to move the items for. You can also customize other steps or create a new one, assign shortcut keys, etc.
