Im in the midst of deploying Azure Blockchain Workbench and the deployment was failed due to:

There could be multiple reasons for this failure. Since there is no complete error details, I would suggest you follow the troubleshooting guide VM extension provisioning errors in Virtual Machine Scale Sets and see if it helps resolve the issue.

Hi Ashok,

I have followed the given instructions but couldnt solve the problem.
Im digging the details of the error which as per below:

The error you received is mostly due to providing an incorrect or inaccessible RPC endpoint. Please make sure that the RPC endpoint provided has the correct format and is publicly accessible.
