Fuming, windows 11 downloaded itslef to my pc, it is utter Rubbish

I am so angry, windows 11 downloaded itself to my pc, I had no option it simply downloaded itself, it is absolute garbage, it takes an age to navigate, ie several Excel workbooks open, I can't believe how poor it is. Anyway, I tried it, hated it, rolled back to Windows 10 and then a few days later I get another notification that next time I log out it will again install the useless windows 11. Do Microsoft have zero customer focus, how fustrating, how do I contac them or how do I stip windows 11 without stopping all updates.

I'll try and find out before moving to Apple
