unable to log in to plesk panel via ip address on resource

Hi I am unable to log in to plesk,

error received wrong username and password

I have deleted and re added resource

logged in with both azure account and resource account when created

purchased license from plesk and tried to log in with that license and still won't log in

please help on how to log in tp lesk panel on my resource
