Please i need your help on this issue.
When i try to schedule a team meeting through Outlook using my Shared Mailbox, I receive an error :
I have attached the error to this message.
We have turned off and on of the Team Add on and restart Outlook but it still didn't work.
Please I need your help on how to schedule a Teams Metting on Outlook using my Shared Mailbox.
Try opening the shared mailbox in OWA and schedule the meeting there. If it works fine in OWA, let us know how you are accessing the shared mailbox in Outlook, what permissions you have, etc. If you are not able to create it in OWA too, check your permissions on the shared mailbox.

WE need to be sure if the shared mailbox can be open in OWA.
Do you have any steps on how to open Share mailbox in OWA

Open OWA with your user account > click the photo in the top-right corner > Open another mailbox > enter the name of the shared mailbox.

WE were able to open OWA with the user account > click the photo in the top-right corner > Open another mailbox > enter the name of the shared mailbox.
But when we tried to create a meeting on the outlook via the shared mailbox we couldn't get a meeting link to join the meeting after receiving the email. invitation.

Are you able to schedule a Teams meetings from your own primary mailbox in Outlook?
As mentioned by michev, how about opening the shared mailbox from OWA and see if you are able to create a Teams meeting there?
Please make sure you have been granted the both the "Send as" and "Read and manage" permission to the shared mailbox. This can be checked via Exchange admin center > Mailboxes:
Additionally, if it works fine in OWA, please try the steps below and see if it can help solve the error occurred in Outlook:
Quit Outlook and Teams.
Reinstall Teams via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app.
Launch Teams, click the Teams avatar at top-right, choose Check for updates, wait for a few minutes for the process to complete. Quit and relaunch Teams.
Launch Outlook again and check the result.

We are still trying to know how to open Shared Mailbox in OWA. Do have any idea how we can open Shared mailbox in OWA?

Please refer to the steps shared above by michev. Or you can follow the steps in this document:
Sign in to your account in Outlook on the web.
On the Outlook on the web navigation bar, click your name. A list appears.
Click Open another mailbox.
Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, and then click Open. Another Outlook on the web session opens in a separate window, allowing access to the other mailbox.

Please make sure the toggle of "Teams Meeting" is enabled when creating the meeting via Outlook on the web:
