Windows 10 version 2004 specifications to individual computeres

Question

I have Windows 10, but the update for 2004 is still unavailable to me.

I have version 1909, but I am sure that because of my specific computer, (Toshiba) the 2004 version will take longer. I am hoping for a way to
contact Windows 10 technicians, maybe by email or something, so to help them in formatting the 2004 version for computers like my own faster,
but I have been unable to find a way to do that.

I am going to try leaving this question out in hopes Windows will see it.

I do realize that formatting a program to fit all molds is a huge undertaking no matter how many people you have, and that this matter could take months to resolve so
if I could be of help to clear some hurtles, I would like to help .

This isn’t in the known issue of 2004 update.
If you encountered issues during update, please open a new thread with more detail about your computer information and error massages, experts in this forum will do their best to help you.
If this is due to hardware or manufacturer drivers’ problem, please contact your pc provider.
