Teams channel

Hi All

I have a user lets say user1@mydomain.com. i want to know user is member of which teams channels(private, public) and teams. experts guide me with the PowerShell command to fetch this information.

Get All Teams A User Is A Member Of:

Get-Team -User pcontreras@contoso.com
