I have a coexist environment between Lync 2010 and Skype for Business 2015 since May 2020 (I was not involve in the setup). I need to view the current topology. Do I run topology builder on the SFB server? Do I select download topology from the central manage store to see the existing topology. Will this affect the users? Thanks.

View the existing Skype for Business topology will not affect the users. You could see the existing topology by running Skype for Business topology builder. For more details about how to download a topology from an existing deployment, you could refer to this document.
