make a workflow available to a specific user

Hi,
I have created a workflow that saves attachments of an email in a sharepoint library.
In detail: If I receive an email whose attachments I want to save on SP, I manually move it to a folder, called "toSP", in my mail.
The created WF "sees" the new email in the "toSP" folder and copies the attachments to the destination library on the SP.

Everything works perfectly on my pc and with my email.

How do I make this workflow public or at least make it work with another user (and therefore with their email and not mine)?
