Windows 11 22543 sound problem

After restart, sound working OK. I make one teams call and sound break. I need restart again.
I try uninstall driver , install from dell , from MS every time the same...

Try uninstall the driver and restart your PC and download and install the one from Windows Update (don't install the one from the Dell website) and see if the problem persist?
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

Disable Fast Startup and recheck the issue.

I identify when i have connected HDMI to monitor this problem occur.
