You can perform the following process to the users that have problems.
Quit Microsoft Teams.
Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Delete contents of the entire folder.
Restart Microsoft Teams.

Yes cleared the teams cache but still the calendar is not showing.
is it affecting all user?
is it affecting users in the cloud?
is it affecting on-premise user?
check if users can see the calendar on their outlook??
check if user does not have 2 mailboxes?

By "can't load their calendar", do you mean these users cannot see the Calendar button on the menu options in Teams?
Do the affected users have anything in common? For example, are they all hosted on Exchange on-prem?
Please have a check via the Teams web client and see if the issue persists there.

We were able to run the Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer with the affected users and we got the below errors.

From the output you shared above, the affected mailboxes are all hosted on Exchange 2016, right? If this is the case, please read through the document below and make sure all the requirements listed have been met:
