@Aksu-7716 Do you see any resource under ALL RESOURCES blade of Azure portal? I believe you have a pay-as-you-go or a free trial subscription which can only be deleted directly if you do not have any resources or resource groups running. Could you please cross check?
If any other type of subscription is used then you can cancel and request deletion after 3 days through Azure support case.

No I don't see resources. If I have understood right, I have free trial and pay-as-you-go. I thought I had plenty of bonus money left on my account, but after change of year Microsoft started to bill me. My site was just for educational purposes and when I got first bill, I removed all resources. I just want to ensure that MS won't charge me more until I have something important to publish.
@Aksu-7716 You can always raise a Azure support case to cross check your billing if you believe you have been billed incorrectly. This does not require any support subscription, you can raise a support case from Azure portal.
Have you also checked if @AndreasBaumgarten suggestion also helped?

Yes this was helpful. I had hidden resources. I deleted those and I think now the whole subscription is deleted, because I got email "sorry to see you go". I'll be back - thank you.
