Custom Vision portal : Whoops! We can't seem to find the page you are looking for. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.

Today, I've upgraded my Azure account to pay-as-you-go subscription. After that, I've tried to open the customvision.ai - Custom vision portal. But it displayed an error message -

"Whoops! We can't seem to find the page you are looking for.
The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.
"

Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

@MADAVARAMLAYA-6475 Is this still an issue when you are trying to login to the portal today? I have tried logging in today and all my projects seem to be available.

I have also just come across another issue on this forum from another user. I believe this could have been a temporary issue, but we are checking internally for any known issues.
Will keep you posted if this is still an issue.

@MADAVARAMLAYA-6475 In which region is your custom vision resource located? It seems like some users are impacted with the same error. We have escalated the issue internally to check the same. Thanks!!

The team has identified the issue with AAD where only customers who are using MSA accounts are unable to login to Custom Vision portal. Currently, there is a workaround for this issue.

  • Create a new user in the tenant and grant this user as owner of the subscription.

  • Use this user to login to Azure portal for the first time.

  • Use this user to login to Custom Vision portal.

By doing so, the new created user is an AAD user and is not an MSA account. We are actively working to resolve the AAD issue to ensure the users who already had access can use the portal again.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
