The problem encountered by whois in Simplified Chinese interface

Hello,

Windows uses code page 936 (GBK) in the Simplified Chinese interface.
But in Windows 10/11, the console and Windows Terminal use UTF-8 by default and no longer use GBK.

This results in garbled characters in the "Internationalized Domain Name" column when using whois to query the IDN.

Is it possible to compile whois to Unicode program?
