My Microsoft Certification not showing Transcript or PDF certifications, it just show a message about contacting support if I cannot see after a while;
actual message is 'Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.'
Tried yesterday and today and I still cannot see my previous certifications and current ones.

Thanks for the quick response, but some body may want to update the error message on the certification to reflect the correct procedure.
