Can't sign in on mobile clients

Hi!

I have SFB 2019 server with Edge role and reverse proxy. On Windows PC from external network SFB client run successfully. Resources that i published on a reverse proxy is accessible outside of my network. HTTPS cetrificates is trusted.

Checks on site https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com shows no errors except "Additional Details. The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer can only validate the certificate chain using the Root Certificate Update functionality from Windows Update. Your certificate may not be trusted on Windows if the "Update Root Certificates" feature isn't enabled."
But on mobile devices (both iOS and Android) i get error when try to sign in. Something like this: "You have signed out from system. Enter your credentials to sign in again."

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks!

Hi @29379434

Does this issue only occurred in Skype for Business from external?

If so, you could try to run the following command to ensure your authentication config:

In addition, please check if there is any error messages from the event viewer on edge server.

Thanks for your answer!
No, it occurs even in local network.
I have "Custom" Scenario. Where can i find information about my custom scenario? In web-client admin panel on the security tab all authentication methods are enabled - for registrar and web service.
Or I can without any worries switch the scenario to "AllowAllExternallyAndInternally"?

Thank you!

Solved by changing scenario to "AllowAllExternallyAndInternally".

Set-CsAuthConfig -Scenario AllowAllExternallyAndInternally
