Is it possible to configure Direct Access with Intune?

I can't say I've tried, but the Settings Catalog does contain the same DirectAccess policies that Group Policy does so it should be theoretically possible.

We already have Direct Access and now I am asking if it is possible to get that network through intune?

I answered that already. Look at the Settings Catalog for the DA policies.
