Change the owner of AzureDevOps

How to change the owner for below groups (Current owner termininated and no more working in our organization)?

Old Owner of the Group : Edwar Fernando Martinez
Email Id of old Owner : e.martinez@dxc.com and edwar.martinezcastro@dxc.com
User Name & Email ID of the new owner: krodriguezs2 & k.rodriguezsanchez2@dxc.com
are two organization
one is https://dev.azure.com/Dxc-Davivienda/
and the second https://dev.azure.com/edwarmartinezcastro/

Azure DevOps is associated with AD generally. Therefore your AD admin can change the owner of your organization. If that is the person who left then hopefully you had more than one AD admin.

If you don't have that option then the only thing you can do is contact DevOps support directly, not these forums, and they will need to do some identity verification and whatnot before they'll change anything.
