Unable to attempt DP-203 exam :Exam ended unexpectedly

I attempted Microsoft Azure DP-203 exam on 24.02.2022 at 9.00 am.The system test passed and the proctor launched the exam.But the browser got closed and a popup dialog box with heading "secure browser" came.I tried reattempting the test from another device but faced the same issue.Please let me know if I will get the attempt back and weather I will be able to get the discount by putting my company's id while rescheduling the exam
