What does a Published Post mean?

On any page of posts, they can be labeled: asked, answered, commented, or edited. But today I saw one labeled "published". What does that mean? This is the post.

More than likely it triggered a spam filter and was thrown into Spam queue, then someone released it by clicking Publish button.

Makes sense. Not being a moderator, I never saw the "Publish" button.

Find me on Skype if you're on there. I looked once but didn't find you.
