OneDrive certificate broken

OneDrive API seems to be broken for some apps (e.g. Strongbox password safe).

https://onedrive.live.com/picker/accountchooser?loadlogin=false is trying to load:

https://skyapi.onedrive.onedrive.live.com/xmlproxy.htm?domain=onedrive.live.com

which has an invalid certificate.
