Is there a way to track which patches are included in large updates?

I work in compliance. I am not exactly a system admin but I do a significant amount of work with patch management. We are a closed network and install our MS updates via MSI. Most of the time when we are conducting monthly patches the KBs are easily found on the catalog, WSUS, or they have a release notes page. But every once in a while we get a bonus KB that is usually found with the PS command (get-hotfix) and there doesn't seem to be any supporting documentation anywhere on the internet. Last month it was KB5007273. Based on the process of elimination and install dates we are hypothesizing that KB5008212 was the culprit. My question: is there any documentation for the KB5007273 patch? Secondly, is there an up-to-date spreadsheet or something that shows which KBs are included in larger LCUs/SSUs? Lastly, what would you classify this "sub-patch" as (looking for a nomenclature)?
