Compnay Intune not being supported by Oneplus

Hi team,

I use a one plus 9 handset. Afte i updated my handset to android 12 version, after one or two weeks the Company Inutne portal and all other associated applications (OUtlook and Teams) stopped working. I am getting an error message - device not supported. Its a serious matter and request if your team can look into the same.

I have also connected with the handset manufacturer for this and they mentioned that the app developer can fix this. If i research on the matter, I can see a lot of posts long pending (since October or November 2021). Request an early response and assistance with sorting this matter out.

Thanks

@LovelyAhuja-8784, Research and find some other customers that have the issue with company portal. They get error like "An error occurred during the setting check. Try again. If this error reoccurs, wait a few minutes before your next attempt' on Oneplus Could you let us know if you get the same error when the company portal is not working? Or if other error message, feel free to let me know.

I have tried multiple times, it always says - You need to update settings on this device. Confirm device settings.

Unfortunately, this is a known problem that neither Intune nor Microsoft can address and is in the hands of OnePlus and Google. Until they address the underlying OS issue, Intune management of these devices on Android 12 is problematic at best.

I was finally able to get mine working!!!
I went into settings - security - installation sources - and allowed company portal access.
I also went into settings - security - device admin apps - and granted admin access to work apps (find my phone, company portal, Authenticator).
I then got a notice that user certificates were getting installed.
I went into settings - security - credential storage - trusted certificates - user - and I was prompted to put in my PIN to allow the certs. :)

Thanks for this. I recently shifted to one plus 10 pro and was not able to work with intune Portal... This solution worked for me.

From memory, the last status I saw from Google and OnePlus is that they've identified the issue and are rolling out a fix. I don't remember if there was a time frame specified. As noted, since this issue is specific to OnePlus, the most we (Microsoft) can do is relay information on this.

Any update on the one plus 10 pro device in the USA? Does T mobile have to push down the software?

The above fixes didn't help. It is still a problem

Same answer: please check with Google and OnePlus as we (Microsoft) have no control over this.
