ISO image file for an Intel NUC

Reaching out to see if anyone knows where I'd be able to find a Windows IoT ISO image file for an Intel NUC that runs as a Microsoft Teams Room machine? I was given a link to a re-image process by a Polycom vendor but its made the NUC behave even worse than before. Hoping someone out there as the answer. The regulatory model of the NUC is NUC8BEH/AIS-NUC8I7BEH-LOG-M. We were hoping to image the devices via an SCCM task sequence. I was re-directed to Microsoft by the Polycom rep I was speaking to so I'm hoping to find the answer I need.

Thanks!

Hi @CooperPhilip-7068,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

As the "office-teams-windows-itpro" tag mainly focus on general questions related to Microsoft Teams client, so please understand that I am afraid little we can help regarding your specific question about the Windows IoT ISO image file.

I tried searching around and found this thread which seems relevant. According to the discussion there, you may try checking Visual Studio subscription if you have, visiting Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center or contacting a Microsoft distributor.

Meanwhile, I'll also add the "windows-iot-10core" tag so that their community who are more familar with Windows IoT can help look into this as well.

Is this an OEM product (Polycom) you are trying to re-image? Or one of your own systems?

If OEM product, you have to go back to the manufacture to get the recovery media. Sounds like you did this, but you need to run Windows Update to get the latest fixes.

If this is your own system where you install Microsoft Teams Room, then you will have to follow what YuliSun-MSFT to get a Windows ISO. One could build a custom Windows 10 IoT Enterprise image. It is not that difficult. You will need to get a license from a distributor.

Hi,

It's an Intel NUC that I'm trying to do a clean re-image for...it has Polycom peripherals plugged into it via USB. This NUC runs Microsoft Teams Room and serves as the brain for our AV conference room spaces.

Did the NUC come with the Polycom equipment? Or was this purchased separately, and Microsoft Teams Room installed on it?

Hello,
The NUC was purchased separately, and had MTR installed on it already.
