MS Teams: How to Activate Custom Together Mode Scenes

Custom Together Mode Scene Cannot Be Activated

I have created, tested and uploaded a custom Together scene for 20 people for the Enterprise channel via the Dev tool. Now when I attend a large group meeting and want to change the scene background, I can select the scene but cannot activate it. I receive an error message, "The scene could not be applied. Try again later." All other pre-installed scenes can be activated.

How can the error be fixed?

Could you please check the console logs and share with us.

@Meghana-MSFT: Oh wow, I had to search for "how to gather console logs for MS teams" to find out how to get them. Now htat I found out, I did download three folders (desktop, meeting, web) with various log files such as "logs.txt", " and so on. Which one do you need and how do I share with you? Some of them are +3MB.

@Meghana-MSFT: I tested the Scene today and it worked just fine. Unfortunately, I do not know, if I gained any additional rights (it-wise), or if this is due to an update or whatever reaseon. If I do find out, though, I'm happy to share with you. Thank you for your support! I'm thankful that you we're patiently helping me throughout the process!
