We need to disable some perticular discovery by default in our sealed management pack through xml configuration. Please if anyone has idea on this please reply.

Can't you just disable the rule or create an override before you seal the MP? You can't make changes after. No need to make it difficult.
One option is to find or create a discovery that is disabled or overridden as disabled. Then export the MP and review the XML for comparison.
The easier method is to include an unsealed configuration MP that holds the override(s). This is a common practice.
