Windows 10 Enterprise Transfer

I have two computer terminals with Windows 10 Enterprise installed on them, and would like to either transfer the Enterprise OS over to two other computers or downgrade them and transfer. I do not want to transfer any data. I need these to be activated Windows 10 installs. I would like a clean install. How can I go about this without losing my Windows 10 product?

@SamanthaMiranda-3768 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it is not related in windows 365. To get accurate help, I will add windows 10 tag.
