trying to enroll device into intune via autopilot but the device setup has failed
@Ramesh88, For Device setup phase in ESP, it will deploy security policies, applications like LOB, Win32 offline store app, connectivity profile, certificate profile in this phase. We can see more details in the following link: in this
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/windows-enrollment-status#enrollment-status-page-tracking-information
For our issue, please firstly check if the network requirements are all met:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/networking-requirements
Then try to increase the "Show an error when installation takes longer than specified number of minutes" in ESP to a much higher value and reset the device to try again to see if it can be successful.
Meanwhile, here is a link about troubleshooting the Enrollment Status Page for the reference:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/understand-troubleshoot-esp#troubleshooting
Hope it can help.

@Ramesh88,, For the error in IME log, it seems AAD token is unable to get. Was there any device target app deployed to this device? Was any app installed under the error?
@Ramesh88, Hope things are going well. I am writing to see if you have the opportunity to confirm the above information to go further. Thanks and have a nice day!

You can also install a script to get more information to determine what actually failed. See https://oofhours.com/2020/07/12/windows-autopilot-diagnostics-digging-deeper/
Hi @Ramesh88,
You will need to delete the device in Intune before starting Autopilot again. (not from Autopilot)
Try looking at the logs c:\programdata\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs\IntuneManagementExtension.log - You can view this pressing shift + F10 during Autopilot. This will show most errors etc.
Thanks,
Jamie
