Xiaomi Redmi 9C Ntune updating stuck

Hi.

We enrolled few Xiaomi Redmi 9C for our company. And now after latest update of Ntune (1.3.2022) devices start to updating and never finish it. It just stuck... All we can do is to wipe the device and start all over. But after enrolling the device, phone get stuck in updating process sonner or later... What can we do?

It looks like the problem is update version of Ntune: Updated March 7, 2022 (Current Version 2022.03.01)

What can we do?

@DanijelAnimer-0296, Before going on, I would like to confirm if the issue is with Intune company portal update or Xiaomi OS update stuck. Could you get a screen shot to know it better?

I attached image when it usually stuck. I also send logs to microsoft

@DanijelAnimer-0296, Research but not find the known issue for Xiaomi Redmi 9C. I notice you have send the log. In fact, it will go into the ticket system which we don't permission to check. Here, you can open a case which is free via the steps in the following link to continue the troubleshooting:
