@shuaikuncao-0046 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you deploy an app protection policy to iOS, but it not shows "check in" successful status in intune portal? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.
To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to check some information:
1.Please make sure that you deploy the app protection policy to a user group and use the user included in this user group to sign in the managed app.
2.Please make sure that the user has an intune license.
3. It is suggested to try to sign out the user in the managed app and then sigin in again to check if the status changes.
Please note that we need to have patience to wait for the app protection policy works, because it needs delivery time.
