AVD -- RDS Azure AD AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL

As "RDS Azure AD AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL" is now out in preview mode, we are really excited to leverage it in context of Azure Virtual Desktop

As technical architect, I am right now evaluating AVD with other Vendors for my org and this feature is shot in the arm.

As the documentation is still not ready, I am not finding enough material to understand the internals of it.

Can you point me to some blog or white-paper to hash out a few points around it ?

Thanks.

yes, you are right. It is in private preview.
We can easily enroll into it and help MS with our findings.

But before that I wanted if you can elaborate vision of this new protocol guided by following 2 lines.
What exactly we are getting by this new protocol based AVD ?

The new "RDS Azure AD AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL" allows customers to benefit from a "single sign-on experience" and "support for passwordless authentication" when accessing AVD session host.
The new redirection protocol also allows you to authenticate to apps and websites inside a remote session using WHfB and FIDO2 keys connected to your local PC.

Thanks.

As you are in the private preview(or would sign-up for), you can use those channels to ask this question so that product team can respond on this accordingly.
