Code: 0x00000191 When Trying to Use Store for Business.

Hey everyone, we are having an issue during our Intune POC. We are at the point of setting up the store for business. Following all of the suggestions from the FastTrack team, we are constantly hit with the the following when opening the store portal for our organization on the local workstation:

"Try that again
Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help"
Code: 0x00000191

I have done everything recommended including:
Making sure the OS is fully patched,
All of the applications on the store side are current.
Resetting the store
Disabling proxy connection.

Would anyone else have any suggestions?

Please open a support case on this. To my knowledge, this is an issue on the backend service but I do not know if there is a resolution path or what it is.

What would be the correct support team for this problem? I have the same issue and Microsoft has been bumping me from Microsoft 365 Support, who tell me that they only support Office 635 apps and to the Windows Team, who tell me this is a MS 365 issue.

Note that I recently corrected this issue in my test environment by recreating all of the groups within the MSfB configuration. Once I did this, I've had no issues.

As for who should support this, this is neither O365 nor M365. It's not really a Windows issue either but should be escalated by the Windows team to the proper support team. Get you TAM or account team involved if necessary if support cannot get you to the correct folks.

What groups within the MSfB configuration are you referring to?

The only "Groups" configuration in the store are under Devices, or are you referring to Collections?

Actually, the other Groups configuration is per application (i.e. an app assigned to a an Azure AD group). I assume that is what you are referring to.

Yes, sorry. Wrong term. Collections is correct. From memory, I deleted all of the app collections and then recreated them. I don't know exactly why this worked or what the problem was, but it worked for me.

How do you delete the default collection? I can only remove the ones I created.

That should be sufficient, i.e., no need to remove the default one, just the ones you've created.

Also, keep in mind that the store for business (and education) are effectively deprecated and will be retired in about nine months so anything you have configured in it will go away.
